Overview

Our refund and returns policy is void as soon as you have received your purchased product and or have used our services and profited from them. If you choose to withdraw from our services or cancel an order before you received it, you are liable to claim a refund no questions asked.

Refunds

Once your request for a refund has been received we will send you an email to notify you that we have processed your refund on the conditions that you provide us with the same information you used to make payment as we cannot and will not make payment to a different payment method or use 3rd party information that belongs to someone else.

Please also note that payment on your refund can take between 1 to 3 business days to clear into your account.
